Welcome to Social Heirloom. By placing an order through our website or communicating with us via email or social media, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Overview
Social Heirloom creates handmade, made to order garlands and party décor. Due to the nature of our products, specific policies apply regarding ordering, customization, shipping, and returns.
2. Custom & Made to Order Items
Each item is made individually to order and often includes custom color choices, names, or phrases. Please ensure all personalization details are correct at the time of purchase. We do not accept changes to orders once production has begun. Need to cancel? Email us at rachel@social-heirloom.com within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in production and can't be cancelled.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are handmade to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can make it right.
4. Processing & Shipping
Current turnaround time is approximately 8 to 10 business days from the date of purchase before your order ships. Shipping times vary by location and are not guaranteed. Once an item leaves our studio, we are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or customs.
5. Rush Orders
Need it sooner? Add Rush My Garland to your cart to move your order to the front of our production queue so it ships within 1 to 3 business days. Pair it with Express shipping at checkout for the fastest arrival.
6. International Orders
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees. These are not included in the product or shipping price.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, photos, and product names on this website are the property of Social Heirloom and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our garlands are not toys and should be kept out of reach of young children unless supervised.
9. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time without notice. Please review this page periodically.
