Processing Time
Every Social Heirloom piece is handmade to order in our Minnesota studio. Our current turnaround is 8 to 10 business days before your order ships. Seasonal or limited items may carry their own ships by date, which will be noted on the listing.
Shipping Options & Transit Times (U.S.)
Choose your delivery speed at checkout. Once your order ships, transit time is typically:
- Economy: 5 to 8 business days
- Standard: 3 to 5 business days
- Express: 1 to 3 business days
Transit time is added on top of production time.
Need It Sooner?
Add Rush My Garland ($15) to your cart to move your order to the front of our production queue, so it ships within 1 to 3 business days. Pair it with Express shipping for the fastest arrival. If you are working toward a special date, let us know in the "need it by" field in your cart and we will do our very best.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Exact rates and delivery windows are shown at checkout based on your order and address.
International Shipping
We're happy to ship to a number of destinations outside the U.S. Available countries, carriers, and shipping options will be shown at checkout. Just enter your address to see what's available to you. International transit times vary by destination and the carrier selected.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Handmade & Custom Items
Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur. This is part of what makes it a one of a kind, personal keepsake. Custom and personalized items are non returnable, but if there's ever an issue with your order, please reach out to rachel@social-heirloom.com and we'll make it right.
